How CEOs Can Use Technology to Deliver Amazing Customer & Employee Experiences
CEO Forum members Pete Peterson and Jaime DiDomenico are two of the region's leading adopters of technology. In a Q&A format with CJ Fishman, they will share how they have used technology personally and company-wide to propel their businesses.
An enthusiastic entrepreneur and leader, Pete Petersen has been a member of the tech landscape of beautiful Sarasota, Florida for over 15 years. In that time, he sold his first company at the age of 23 prior to taking on growing S1 Holdings to over $100M in revenue in under ten years. While with S1, previously known as Lexjet, Petersen was responsible for aligning technology, operations, and growth for all S-One companies including Hewlett Packard, Kodak, and LexJet brands globally. The next challenge Petersen tackled is the position he is currently in: CEO and Managing Partner of Dealers United, a social media marketing partner and AdTech company focused on the automotive vertical. In addition to inspiring and motivating his team daily, he spends time with his two energetic boys (Kai and Landon), a brilliant daughter (Raine), and amazing wife Kristin. He is passionate about giving back to the community he loves and has even been featured by the Business Observer, AutoNews and Inc. Magazine for his out-of-the-box thinking and community involvement, A lifelong learner, Petersen spends whatever free time he manages to round up listening to podcasts, audiobooks, and boating.
Jaime DiDomenico was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised on Long Island. He moved to Florida in the 1980s and has been working in home services ever since. After being selected to join a consolidator, he facilitated the purchase of Cool Today in 1998. He then purchased it for himself with a couple of partners in 2004. DiDomenico used his passion for people to transform Cool Today into the wildly successful business and tight-knit community it is today. Cool Today focuses on building lifelong relationships with each and every customer. This mentality has helped them to grow from their base in Sarasota to now service the Tampa, Naples and Orlando communities.
